| 1. | Session Site - We encourage guests to come to one of our favorite sites which is between Destin and Fort Walton Beach. We can come to yours, if you desire. There is a trip charge of $25 for the Crystal Beach area (Destin Commons), $50 for Sandestin & Navarre Beach, $75 for 30A, $100 for Pensacola and Panama City Beach. |
| 2. | Scheduled sessions cannot be rescheduled without penalty for any reason other than "pouring down rain" or hurricane force winds. Reschedule for any other reason requires an additional $50 non-refundable fee. 24 hours notice required to change scheduled session without forfeiting initial session fee. |
| 3. | Holiday/Weekend Fees: Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Holidays - minimum $50 non-refundable surcharge. |
| 4. | Proofs may be viewed in the studio within 2 days by appointment only. Proofs will also be posted to our website for 30 days. Orders must be completed within 30 days to avoid a late fee of $30. |
| 5. | The standard session fee covers individual families up to 6 people. Extended or multiple family group sessions are $200 which covers additional time and poses. |

| 7. | Finished orders will be shipped within three to four weeks. Rush charges apply for faster service. |
| 8. | Proof Re-posting Fee: After your 30 day preview period, proofs may be re-posted for $30. |

We cannot guarantee environmental colors and conditions on the beach and in the water which can vary tremendously depending on weather, time of day and season. |
