Please note: The number above the date (under the image) is your file and pose number.  Please use the pose number after the hyphen when ordering. Do not use the fractional numbers to the right of the navigation bar. Those are not the proof numbers. You can see a larger view of the horizontal images by clicking on the white box to the left of the navigation bar.

Note on print formats: Your proofs are displayed in "wide" format.  All other sizes will be cropped.

Please either call in your order or list in an email or postal letter the quantity, pose number, size and collection desired. Orders for prints from our Marquis Collection will be provided with studio's choice of finish unless otherwise specified.

Giclee prints from our Regency collection are the finest archival prints available. Choose Watercolor prints printed on 100% rag archival watercolor paper (unmounted) or Canvas, printed on premium artist canvas. Larger sizes also available. Email for size and pricing.

Payment:

Your portrait order must be placed within 30 days of the date shown on your proof page to avoid a late fee of $30.  To take advatage of the "vanishing session fee" discounts, your order must be placed and fully paid within 15 days. After 30 days your proofs will no longer be viewable. To have your proofs reposted is $30. Payment is expected in full with your order. If finances are a concern, we will accept 1/3 down on a 90 day layaway. The balance must be paid in full within 90 days or forfeit all advances, and /or payments made. No part of any order will be released unless the entire outstanding balance is paid in full. Multiple family groups must compile individual orders into one complete order with one check and one address (preferably the person in our files) to receive any applicable discounts and/or rebates.

Christmas Cards:

Choices for card styles and verses may be found by clicking on “Greeting Cards”. Christmas card orders will be shipped separately and have their own applicable discounts and cannot be combined with portrait order discounts or rebates.

Shipping Charges:

Please add the shipping charge to your final purchase according to the chart below (largest size determines price). Save on shipping 30x40 and 40x50 canvas by asking us not to mount. Then move 1 shipping price bracket down (exp. 40x50 = $35). Florida residents must also enclose 6% sales tax.

Prints Not To Be Copied In Any Way:

Federal and State laws prohibit any photograph from being copied. You may not copy any prints received from Portraits by the Sea for any reason without written permission. This includes but is not limited to color copy machines, scanning the images, printing the images on a computer printer, or posting the images on the Internet.

Refund Policy:

Due to the copyright nature of our product and service, refunds are not available. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with the outcome of your session, we can reschedule another session during your next visit.

Portrait Pricing

Vanishing Session Fee (Individual Family of 6 or less): $150

Payable in advance to reserve session date and time. Vanishes if order is placed within 15 days as follows:

Order $400 - deduct $50
Order $600 - deduct $100
Order $800 - deduct $150
